I dislike having to click through 3+ pages to do a task that should be easily available from the dashboard (maybe just a mass-archive button).

I have two complaints with this software (which I have brought up to their team multiple times and has yet to be fixed).

The mobile experience is VERY poor. A user shouldn't have to sign in on mobile if they don't have to sign in via desktop.

Ability to consolidate feedback and track change requests/revisions from a variety of stakeholders. Haven't used it yet, but the integration into Adobe products looks really interesting.

The huge advantage is that it integrates so well with Indesign, proofers don't have to have an account and login.

There are weird UX frustrations. For example, when in a proof window, you have to click an X in the top right corner to return to the dashboard screen.

Accessing the reviews within the GoProof tab and be a bit cumbersome and confusing.

It of course has all the standard other proof mark-ups. It has saved us a lot of time and has many great little efficiency adding functions.

Customer Support has always been great. It product is easy to use and has been nice for my team.

Integration with Adobe indesign. Ease of use for project management.

There also seems to be a delay from when we upload a proof to when the reviewer gets the email. This can be difficult for time-sensitive projects.

Overall it has been a great change to how I work through projects. However this comes at the price of possibly encountering bugs and issues.

The user interface could use some work. Its somewhat confusing to know how to view past versions of a proof.

I also like that you can send reminders, and it's super helpful that Clients are able to attach documents, photos, etc. to their edits.

No way to check off changes as you are making them.

Love the integration app for all the different adobe software I use. How Easy it is to create new notes and share them with the whole team or with specific team members.

Takes the pain out of the editing and review process.

The functionality of having clients and colleagues being able to use goproof with an ease of use. This has been very helpful for getting large projects complete.

I really like this product and like that the developers are always making changes to introduce new awesome features or things to just make the product better.

Sometimes designs are slow to load. Zooming in to PDFs still resolution loss even though it vector.

Has cut down revision time with clients and helped our clients  better communicate what they need from us. Overall has saved both our clients and our team a ton of time and money.

The new link usually solves the problem, but can hurt the timeline if I'm not able to see and respond with a new link quickly.

Clients seem to be confused about the process of seeing artwork, they think they have to sign up to see their proofs. I also dont like the notification center.

I like the accessibility and ease of use of the govisually website, it allows our team to communicate designs to colleagues and customers at an instant.

It really is just user-friendly and easy to use and I appreciate not having to spend hours to learn how to use a new product or show a client how to use that new product.

Where they can leave a comment asking for a revision. The only problem is that when the revision is complete they are not notified.

My complaints are mostly feature related. My biggest issue is that you can't archive projects.

Great software, can be improved to become perfect.

I love that you can organize projects, attach files to comments mark comments as resolved as that are addressed.

The benefits of Govisually is the speed of which a design is created, uploaded and shared and reviewed is seamless and fast. Communication is key and this is what this software allows.

So far our experience has been great. We are informed when the site will be down ahead of time and the ability to discuss issues with the staff is awesome.
