Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • It's super easy to use! I can manage it for the company without using a lot of my time!

  • Very easy to use and my manager approves my time

  • Cons

  • I think the usability of the product is great, however, the overall design is definitely on the dated side and could use a little modernization.

  • Could use a little more robust reporting function but overall, it works fine and meet our needs.

  • Pros

  • Easy to understand and to use. Lots of good features.

  • It's extremely user friendly - I love the graphics ALso love the review options

  • Cons

  • The only downside for this software is that sometimes when creating a new account the invitation request might fail but the support temas acts quickly

  • The web interface was a little messy but they’ve mostly fixed this now and cleaned it up. I usually use the mobile app anyway which has always had a clean interface.
