Built for Teams vs Visio

I think the usability of the product is great, however, the overall design is definitely on the dated side and could use a little modernization.

Could use a little more robust reporting function but overall, it works fine and meet our needs.

Visio has many features, but it does require some training to understand how to effectively use business process management notation, so getting the most benefit from Visio is not extremely intuitive.

high costs for the license, this application is very good for documentation but it is very difficult to integrate with systems based on BPM for greater control
