Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Easy to understand and to use. Lots of good features.

  • It's extremely user friendly - I love the graphics ALso love the review options

  • Cons

  • The only downside for this software is that sometimes when creating a new account the invitation request might fail but the support temas acts quickly

  • The web interface was a little messy but they’ve mostly fixed this now and cleaned it up. I usually use the mobile app anyway which has always had a clean interface.

  • Pros

  • The ease of moving people around from department to department has been good for us this year as we've had a lot of changes in our organization, and new color coding feature is great too.

  • Ease of use and the fact that it allows for non-traditionally structured companies. This is a GREAT option for start-ups and I would highly recommend it for those types of clients.

  • Cons

  • May be lacking some additional features ( but not applicable in my case)

  • Some of the things that were frustration points have been fixed in the last release. Still seem to struggle sometimes with getting people in a view that we want, or format if you will.
