I also liked the prompt help when needed, they are always checking on us as well. But the number one reason why I continue to renew with OrgChart is because of their customer service. I am treated as though I am a priority. I typically get same day responses and I am treated like a team member. Of course its a great product as well, but when I need assistance the service matters. Cons: I don't have anything negative that I have come across with after using for 5+ years. We've had a few hiccups along the way, but that is to be expected with any service. Now that the service is up and running, it is serving our needs and is much more efficient than our former organization chart product. Whenever we've had an issue that required support, we've always received quick service and our issue was resolved quickly. Cons: Though OrgChart is integrated with our HRIS system, it does not pull all the data we would have liked. As a result, we have to import some data on a weekly basis to pull in information such as employee groups (full-time staff, part-time staff, etc.). In addition, we have academic departments with many part-time faculty, and rather than listing them out individually, we wanted a headcount of the part-time faculty. We spent a great deal of time with our implementation specialist trying to set this up before he escalated the issue to someone above him to find out that what we wanted to do was not possible. I like the ease and being able to manipulate the data that shows on specific charts using the same data set. Cons: I wish that the search feature looked at every item that we had in our database.
