Pros:

The software is feature-packed and allows a lot of customization. Using a data import for chart generation is intuitive. The resulting organizational charts are professional looking.

Cons:

The software is expensive for what it is - cheaper alternatives exist that were satisfactory for our organization.

Good features on the paper - technical issues on practice

Implemented by a previous team, I never succeed to use it as required (succession of technical issues). Support given by the company (via an integrater) is poor and did not stabilize our situation.
