Its quite good sotware to use for creating our diagrams. However, it need some major updates on assisting easy download shortcut icons to get high quality images with single button. And it would be more appropriate to somehow integrate any AI assistance within Visio to save some time for tiredless flowchart making

It's an pretty good diagraming application but it looks and feels a little out dated. The full functionality of it is hidden behind additonal licensing which is annoying. Some M365 subscriptions only include the web app version but if you need more advanced functions, you need the desktop app.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 4/5
- Value for money: 4/5
- Customer support: 4/5
- Functionality: 4/5

#### Pros

It's a good application for creating flowcharts and diagrams. Its available as a web app or desktop application (Windows only).

#### Cons

The overall UI seems just a little out dated and the templates don't seem as modern as other similiar applications out there. Some of the useful templates and icons/shapes are locked behind a paywall which is really annoying. The web app is also limited in function when compared to the desktop app. If your file is too large, you won't be able to open it without the desktop app. The desktop app is also only available for Windows.
