I really love that you don't have to add a lot of add-ons. It's all there. Cons: The Norwegian language is far from good. I also miss the opportunity to scan QR for booking, without having to check in with QR. Users are talking about too many emails, so many of them should maybe be off by default. Reasons for choosing Dibsido It was affordable and had both app and desktop online booking. Reasons for switching to Dibsido I finally found something that was affordable for our SMB, and is not only in Slack. I like the ability to onboard users before sending them invite and uploading floor plan. Free version is quite generous for including 20 users. Cons: Reporting desk occupancy is not as straightforward as I would like. I wish the free version was for less users but more feature. Also slack integration seems to be lacking some functionalities. No notifications are coming through and would be nice to send aggregated notifications to admin on occupancy on specific days.
