Pros/Cons

Pros
The assistance provided is phenomenal. Lots of options for many things. I mostly love that they are always growing it. I hope for more options in the future.
The reporting options are fantastic. The fact that were have the option of producing documents in both languages is great.

Cons
It is expensive... but in life I've learned you tend to get what you pay for and this system it is totally worth it.
If there is a flaw it is that team makes the platform so customizable that sometimes snags occur.

Pros
The software is very user friendly. Our staff were able to adjust to the new functionalities and features quite easily. The ease of use is definitely the best part!
I use Perfect Mind everyday. The program alone is not too hard to learn so I have caught on quickly. Overall it works for my job.

Cons
Some features don't work well with Apple computers. Other features can still be added to make it even better.
Can be quite confusing and takes a bit of time to understand as we are just about to go through the process now but don’t have anything generally negative.
