Glass hive improves MSP sales process!

Overall keeping my sales tasks in front of me and helping move prospects into clients. Overall a good experience.

PROS

Consistent improvements. Good combination of Hubspot sales and marketing in one platform and an extremely good value. Been pretty important in how we manage our list's and leads on the way to them becoming a client!

CONS

It is sometimes a bit slow processing when I'm using it.

Connectwise is a great PSA but a poor CRM.

Glasshive Review for MSPs

I am so impressed by the notifications of significant updates to their system weekly. I want to invest in companies that invest back into themselves and Glasshive may be the best representative that we have seen do this!!

PROS

Glasshive helped us to make business processes occur whereas we were trying to figure out what needed to be done.

CONS

I wish that there were more and tighter integrations however I am sure that they will be available in the future. Glasshive has shown us their roadmap and the integrations appear to be on it.

Reason for choosing GlassHive

We chose Glasshive for a couple of reasons. First, that we are able to actually speak with a person that knows the products and cares about us, the client. Second, their entire software product is purpose-built for MSPs and directly addresses our unique market requirements, in a way that a generic product cannot do.

Reasons for switching to GlassHive

The features of Autotask PSA were not capable of performing a full-featured CRM with Lead Management tethered to an automated email campaign & tracking mechanism.

GlassHive Review

It’s okay. With more work it could be better. I would choose another product, but the decision is not mine to make, ultimately.

PROS

I like the aesthetics of the interface. It’s very bright and appealing.

CONS

Things are all over the place. Adding companies is a pain because the application is poor at automatically importing basic company info like addresses and phone numbers. 9/10 times I have to manually enter or correct this information, or fill in missing info. It hardly ever captured the city.

Solid for Marketers that need something simple and effective

Overall, things have been great. Support has been super helpful with my many questions.

PROS

The contact import syncing with ConnectWise and the ease of use when creating campaigns

CONS

Seem restricted on the ability to create rules on important multiple types of contacts and companies. Would be nice to funnel people into different campaign groups based on their type.

Wanted more features and easier scheduling of multiple contact points.

GlassHive for the Win

Overall I am pleased with the decision to move to GlassHive from some of the other CRM solutions. Our account manager has been with us from the start and consistency is key with us, we need to know what's new and when things are changing and he keeps us informed.

PROS

The process of configuring was simple and straightforward.

CONS

I haven't found much to dislike about the software, but I wish I had more time to dig into all the features.

Reason for choosing GlassHive

Zoho didn't call us back when we were looking for more information, and they seemed hands-off. Switching CRMs is a crucial part of marketing, and it's good to know you can speak with someone to get help and help you transition smoothly.

Keap was too confusing, and you have too many obstacles just to send a mass email to your client base.

A Honey of a Deal

Workflow for me is very important. The ability to stay in one place and handle business. Honey allows the majority of that to happen.

PROS

I really like the color schemes, it energizes the use. The product is really intuitive. I really, really like not having 2 email lists to track. My previous CRM really did not direct integration, so it kept 2 complete lists. Honey allows me to do all my work from O365 and updates the contacts accordingly. Importing lists was really easy and building templates is easy was well. Good start, good folks, good product. Looking forward to the pro version and a couple of months.

CONS

The Autotask integration still needs some work. It pulls in the current opportunities but know information in them. Of course opportunities created in Honey are fine. They need to develop floating dialogs, something their competition needs as well. Would like to see phone system integration better and integration with O365 calendar.

Kirkham IronTech LOVES Glasshive!

PROS

I love how easy it was to get going with Glasshive. The Glasshive team is AMAZING. Any time I have a question or need support, they respond timely!

CONS

There is no HTML capability making some email services unavailable.

Love this software

We love GlassHive so far. We've been using it for our sales and marketing. It's been great to keep everyone on the same page, and to know what we are targeting. I love the lists and tasks features especially when we are running different mailing campaigns.

Early Days but GlassHive Has Been A Win

Easy and fun to use.

So far we've been very happy!

So far - we've been very happy. As we get more familiar, I am hoping it becomes easier and easier to use!

PROS

We were looking for a better CRM and easier marketing campaign option. We've been using it about a month and getting the hang of it. The best part? If you have a question or problem - there is someone that can help! And I even got a video with my specific questions answered. No more spinning wheel looking on YouTube for random videos to help me with my day to day tasks.

CONS

There's not a ton on social - we still have to use another platform to handle our social media. IT would be nice to have it all in one.

Glasshive is great for small to medium sized businesses

Overall, I have had a very positive experience with Glasshive.

PROS

Some of my favorite features include contact importing, access to already created templates for email marketing and viewing the data from campaigns. I learned the basics of glasshive in a month and it is very easy to use. The integration with other apps like connectwise is great and works well.

CONS

One thing that would make creating templates more seamless would be to allow full access to add/remove features on the template and be able to move attachments text boxes, almost like microsoft word. For the most part it is easy to use, but if you send campaigns out on days like Tuesday, your data might not show up quickly since that day is very popular for emails in the glasshive database.

Big time value, incredible platform.

Very happy with the shift. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] has been super great at onboarding us and being available to answer any questions we help. Great customer experience.

PROS

GlassHive accomplishes 97% of what expensive CRM's offer at a fraction of the cost. The user interface is very intuitive and clean. Super happy with our decision to shift from Infusionsoft (Keap).

CONS

To be honest, there isn't anything I dislike at this time.

Easy to use, visually appealing and a fraction of the price with all the features we need

We have been happy with the product and the customer service.

PROS

We have found the software intuitive and easy to use. After just a bit of help with setup, we were off and running. We now create our own graphical marketing emails and landing pages.

CONS

Not really a con, but not being designers we needed a little bit of help with the best way to create our own content using their collateral builder and landing page builder.

Intuitive email platform

PROS

Designing email campaigns is simple and easy in Glasshive. The platform is very intuitive. It also serves as a database for communications with prospects and clients.

CONS

Since it is browser-based, it is possible to accidentally hit the back button and lose recent edits. In terms of functionality, there are some things I wish I could do such as create smart lists or segment existing lists based on criteria from the database entry. However, Glasshivew keeps getting better and new developments and updates are continuously added.

GlassHive Review

Shooting to find a tool for email campaigns, and a sales funnel, I believe we're achieving that goal. We're able to easily set-up and send marketing to our existing client base.

PROS

Perfect solution to start out with a full fledged CRM tool. Very easy to integrate with our existing platforms, and very intuitive to navigate and get started quickly. We received little assistance to get going with it, because quite honestly, we did not need a lot. It just works. Whenever we did, [SENSITIVE CONTENT] @GlassHive responds within an hour or was able to schedule a call same day.

CONS

So far, so good. No complaints to flag. It's worth a mention that I was having a hard time with segmentation, and it not being as easy to read. It has since been changed and updated. If there is any cons, GlassHive seems to be on top of it.

Honey CRM

Overall, it has been very easy to learn and to use. Importing lists, creating prospecting lists, and creating marketing campaigns.

PROS

I have used several CRM's in the past and some of the features that I like about Honey is the tracking of email opens and clicks on links within email campaigns. The customization of templates and the automation features of scheduling a campaign and scheduling tasks within a customer's journey, which is also a custom build of work flow.

CONS

The view of templates is difficult to work with because the name of the template is not fully visable, and would prefer a detailed list view.

Dipping my toe into CRM and similar areas

It has been good dabbling with this to get acquainted with terminology and how CRM functions.

PROS

For a novice like me, it helps get me into the swim of things not having used CRM for most of my career.

CONS

Only that for me as an older user, not everything is apparent as to how to access the correct screens. So the fact that their support and chat groups are readily available to me helps me bridge the gap of knowing where the item I want to get to is. I am by no means an all inclusive CRM person, more like just finding my way around the CRM block!

How it's so easy to use and its efficiency can empower any small-medium business to improve their marketing.

CONS

Not tons of 'off-the-shelf' integrations but most of the big names like Hubspot and so forth can help complement Glasshive and vice versa.

PROS

The ease of emailing all your leads and the tracking capability of seeing what the leads clicked on.

CONS

I click on the company name and contact the leads on that page, but to go to the next lead i have to back click and then scroll to the next lead then click the company name. It would be better if there was a button that i could click to go to the next company lead.

as a platform its great, easy to use and self explanatory

PROS

the ease of use is amazing and it shows a lot of information when navigating between contacts and company info.

CONS

However, a lot of the content of the leads provided are incorrect. like bad phone numbers or contact names and companies that are no longer in business.
