The platform would benefit from offering more granular user roles and permissions. This additional layer of customization would allow us to tailor the platform more closely to the diverse needs of our team members and partners, enabling more precise control over who can access and manage different aspects of the platform.

Giving the partners one central hub for assets has been great. We can upload custom assets for specific partners or groups of partners on PartnerPortal.io and that has made our lives and our partners’ lives easier. Also, the HubSpot integration ensures all deal data from partners is being recorded in our CRM.

It would be great if I had more direct control over the accounts of our partners. For example, if a partner needs a new login I would like to be able to administer that myself, versus reaching out to PartnerPortal.io’s team, which for what it’s worth has been very responsive.

The platform makes it exceptionally easy for partners to access the resources they need and register their deals. Its intuitive design means partners can navigate the system with no training, significantly reducing onboarding times and increasing their satisfaction. This ease of use extends to our internal team as well, as we can quickly upload and manage assets without the need for extensive technical support.

The platform has made partner management far more efficient, but I'd appreciate even greater ease of use in terms of account management features. Having the ability to more easily customize access levels and permissions directly would empower us to manage our partner ecosystem more autonomously.

My top appreciation for PartnerPortal.io lies in its ability to centralize all partner deal information into one accessible hub. This centralization is a game-changer for us, streamlining the management of partner interactions and transactions. Having a single source of truth for deal data greatly simplifies analysis, tracking, and strategic planning, ensuring that we can efficiently monitor and support our partners' success, and get all that data into our CRM easily.

While PartnerPortal.io excels in aggregating deal information, I wish that I was able to more easily control partner credentials and accounts as an administrator of the platform. The PartnerPortal.io team has, however, been very helpful in completing those tasks on my behalf.
