About Enpass

CHOOSE YOUR OWN SAFEST PLACE TO STORE PASSWORDS & PASSKEYS

Enpass believes your data belongs to you. Instead of keeping everyone’s passwords on proprietary SaaS servers like most password managers, compliance-friendly Enpass Business secures passwords and passkeys vaults on your organization’s own infrastructure or trusted business cloud.

WHY YOU ORGANIZATION NEED A PASSWORD MANAGER

  • Truly secure passwords are literally impossible for employees to think up on their own
  • Requiring frequent password changes leads to lousy, lazy passwords
  • But when data breaches happen at third-party sites, you need to change your passwords quickly — and that needs to be easy
  • Good password managers can also save passkeys, credit cards and other financials, membership information and even personal files

WHY ENPASS IS SAFER

  • Most password managers store every user’s vaults in their own central server, making a tempting single target for hackers

  • Enpass Business provides simple compliance to regulations like GDPR because data never leaves your organization

  • With Enpass Business, hackers would have to…

    • Target your employees individually
    • Know where your vaults are stored
    • Have the c...
redentials to infiltrate those servers * Get past the multi-factor authentication on those servers * And know each users' Enpass master password WHY ENPASS IS BETTER FOR USERS * Store and sync passkeys — Enpass is ready for the passwordless future * Easy, unlimited vault creation — users can set up a new vault in less than a minute * Smooth, effortless sharing — easy team-member access without sharing vault credentials * Wildly customizable — make your own templates, categories, and tags to organize your credentials and private files * Customize each Item — add, remove, and rearrange fields, or make your own (even multi-line fields) * Customizable browser extension — make auto-fill and auto-save work the way YOU like * Attachments — include documents and images with your saved credentials * Built-in authenticator (TOTP) — no need for a separate app to get those 6-digit codes WHY ENPASS IS BETTER FOR ADMINS * Powerful Admin Console, with fine-grained permissions at every level * Manage users, track adoption and password health company-wide from a simple dashboard * Create rules for sharing and security, and determine features available for users * Easily set password minimums, require random passwords, exclude words, and create domain-specific rules * Recover vault access for employees who have forgotten their Master Passwords * Provision employees effortlessly, and offboard automatically * Use your existing UEM or MDM solution to deploy Enpass on user devices AND ENPASS IS AFFORDABLE * Enpass Business Starter is $9.99/mo 10-person teams * Enpass Business Standard is just $2.99/user/month * Enpass Business Enterprise is $3.99/user/month Security * Zero-knowledge AES-256 encryption on 100% of user data * Certified compliance with ISO/IEC 27001:2013 standards * Quick unlock with face, fingerprint or PIN * Unlock with a keyfile as second-factor authentication * Automatically locks when idle Convenience * Auto-fills passwords, authentication codes, credit cards, and webforms * Auto-saves new or changed credentials * Stores and syncs passkeys across devices * Securely send vault Items to other Enpass users Password safety * Highly customizable password generator * Automatically checks for weak or compromised passwords * Automatically monitors for website breaches * Retains password history for each Item Usability * Smart watch integration * Extensions for Safari, Firefox, Edge and all Chromium-based browsers * Easy import from other password managers and CSVs * Customize tags, categories, fields, and more * File attachments * Powerful search * Copy to Clipboard * Archive or trash Items no longer in use * Dark Mode * App localization in 33 languages Support * Extensive support documentation & lively, friendly user forums.

Pros:
Convenience. As IT professional that logs in and out of every platform on a daily and hourly basis, Enpass is the most convenient ally. Detects most of the for fields and logs you in, in no time. Time effecient. I log-in to no less than 6 to 10 sites on a daily basis. Imagine the time it will take me to manually type usernames and passwords everytime. But Enpass do the job for me instead.
Cons:
Security. I don't have much qualms and complaints about Enpass. Though, I'm just cautiously optimistic about it's capability to ironclad the protection of your precious passwords. Still, I don't rely so much on this to secure my belongings. After all its my direct accountability. Form detections. Enpass is not able to detect form fields that are from dedicated apps. It can only detect forms that are browser-based. Hoping they have have leveled this up already. More options. Enpass, for now, offers typical user login inputs (Username/email and password) currently, don't have yet the option to fill-up multiple user log-in fields.

Reasons for choosing Enpass

Well, those previous did not met my specifications. Plus, Enpass' is more competitive than the rest.

Reasons for switching to Enpass

None of the complied to my specifics - price, security and efficiency.

Pros:
Enpass offers one of the best password managers on the market for one of the best prices. Everything just works and does so across all devices.
Cons:
Enpass does not quite have the same polish as some of the bigger names in their sector. The UI is good, clean and functional, but does feel a little outdated.

Reasons for choosing Enpass

Because it just worked, I tested all options and Enpass (and Safe in Cloud) was the only one that didn´t fail at some point.

Reasons for switching to Enpass

Dashlane kept failing to provide autofill in the browser and password generator annoyingly kept resetting to default.

Great potencial. Great product. But very unreliable.

I used Enpass from 2019 till now, there was zero - none of the problem. But lately this 2024 year they have big issues with licence and logging. What is even worse is that those problems re-appar over and over. And support every time ask again same invoices, and speak same lines..

Pros:
This could be easly best product in term of password manager... but..
Cons:
Support. Downgrade multiple times of the license so you stuck in the middle of the road without access to your vault, even tho you have all the invoices and send them, they still try to .. not sure what.

Reasons for choosing Enpass

it has simple to use GUI, best user experience.

I am using Enpass along with sticky password as sticky password does not provide password breach feature for free. Along with that you can store your data either in google drive or in microsoft one drive. You can also create unlimted vaults and switch between vaults when needed.

Pros:
I am running my business online, and therefore I am using many tools. They all need a password to sign in, which can get chaotic with so many different passwords. When I found Enpass, I found the solution to my problem. It's easy to set up and manage all your passwords. It even offers auto-generation for passwords and synchronization between different computers (MAC). The best part: I have been using the free version for 2+ years, and it works flawlessly.
Cons:
There is nothing I don't like about it.
