I have used Jamf tools for the computer as well, and they all work great, support is always helpful and easy to reach when need help.

Overall the experience has been extremely positive and I would definitely recommend Jamf, they are the best in the business.

Prior to beginning use of Jamf, I managed our student iPads via Apple Configurator. The process was painstaking, frustrating, time consuming and often, unsuccessful requiring many calls to Apple Help.

Tech Support was pretty responsive in resolving an issue we had with user-enrolled devices.

Jamf customer support has been great from the initial install, transition to cloud, upgrades and general support questions.

Day 1 support of all Apple releases, full roadmap compatibility with Apple, and dedication to the integration of Apple products at the enterprise level.

Apparently the problem has been addressed in the next release.

This is understandable, but we don't receive a followup on when to update. This is more of an annoyance than a con.

Easy to use, great product, worth every penny. Impossible to do what we do without it.

We have been so happy with the way it's been able to manage our systems and quickly have a place to get the reports needed.

The reporting capabilities are pretty good. The idea of Docs is really good, but needs some work.

Even prior to the acquisition, Passportal had excellent customer service and support.

Saves us time which saves us money and also keeps the customer happy due to the quick response.

My overall experience was very good, I could access my information from anywhere and it was easy to use.

We are now migrating all of our documentation into Passportal with ease and it's actually USEFUL to keep up and running as we go about our day supporting clients. My sales rep has been amazing.

The great thing about this software is that it seems pretty intuitive, I like the import feature for the passwords it works really really well.

Over all have been a good product for passwords but Docs is lacking some ideal features. Once those are implemented will be a great tool.

Using better passwords makes us more secure and sharing passwords between co-workers is now a breeze. The support team is fabulous.

The subfolder/search issue gave a bad first impression for myself and my staff of the product. The inability to automate the backup with 2FA is a major issue.

Great password management at an affordable price.

AD integration is great. The ability to change up pws is great.

Having the ability for our technicians to have their own secure vault for corporate credentials has also improved our overall security.

Only thing missing is notification for renewal of subscriptions and warranties.

Only con as I have heard from our techs, is it is sometimes hard to distinguish L, I, and 0/O.

Encountered a number of bugs during the initial setup but these were corrected or worked around. DMS is still very limited.

Working with Passportal has been quite positive. The application is fairly intuitive and theirs always someone willing to help.

It has have a very positive impact on our organization. Allows our technicians to access the data they need in a quick fashion which ultimately provides our clients with a better experience.

The integrations is has is perfect, the commands you can remotely is nice also like CMD and the info it can also fetch of said device.

The mobile app is great and very handy and works well. Securing our clients passwords has been a huge benefit.

The ability to use Passportal with Screenconnect has been an added bonus as it makes logging into systems much quicker than before.

Lastly, no integration with Kaseya BMS/VSA causes duplication of data.

This is a great tool and well worth the cost just to help our team. The fact that we offer it to clients and help them with a password management application is icing on the cake.

There was no way to contact Passportal providers before.

The password manager is good, we like the mobile app; but it is slow and the UI doesn't flow.
