Pros/Cons
Pros
- After trying a lot of password managers, definitely Keeper is the best option. Good synchro in all kind of devices, a lot of options and really good customer service.
- Browser plugin is very easy, app on Windows is also very easy to use. Good quality, good price, Azure integration, MFA based on SSO with Office 365, secure data storage.
- Both the mobile version and the PC version are such timesavers. Makes being secure on all sites so easy, and the best part is it's free.
Cons
- Even though we pay for the "business" level of this software, their support is terrible.
- One of the Keeper upgrades broke access to a number of vaults, and correcting this was a wasted day of my life.
- I have not experienced anything that I would consider a disadvantage.
Pros
- From the moment I signed up the instructions were clear, the dashboard is super intuitive and the service is wonderful. I wish I had always had this across all my devices.
- I love how easy to install and use it. I'm also happy with the secured sharing option, the passwords history for each service (sometimes comes useful), and the price is quite reasonable.
- LastPass is a reliable solution that I have recommended to various people, some of whom have been hacked in the past and were seeking to streamline and secure their password management.
Cons
- I find myself wanting to create a folder but the iconography is a bit confusing so I'll create a record. Easy to go back and do it right but I find myself making the same mistakes.
- When you install it you have no clue of what to do first. The other bad thing is the poor integration with browsers.
- Sometimes, I'll try and log into a site with a personal log in that is not kept in LastPass and it can be frustrating to get around it.
