Acronis has been easy to configure and reliable for offsite backup solution. The ability to integrate with RMM solutions has been greatly beneficial for our company and the companies we support.

The customer support is awesome, they will help you right away once you have a chat or ticket open.

This confuses the user and it get worse when it comes to agent updates - there the one machine can show the actual version wehre the other remains on the pervious build.

We love the fact that its cost is based on space used and not how many agents there are. We have some clients that have very little data but lots of agents, so this works perfectly.

I have Fiber internet now and the upload of data to the cloud backup service is super quick and reliable. Restoring a backup was super helpful recently even though I had only lost a single file.

It also has a cloud-based management console which allows you to manage and restore from your web browser. There are some great plans for those of us who want to use it on multiple computers.

Other backup programs save data in the same formats that are used daily, therefore the restore action is straightforward and simple.

I dislike that I can not be logged in on multiple devices.

There is NO way to speak to someone, everything is bot type chat, long hold queues and email tickets. Avoid this, you get what you pay for.

Over all I'm really happy with Atera it meets many of our needs and does almost all that we need it too. Also their support has been top notch.

I have worked with more advanced products for years, but this just works. Support is great and the community is awesome.

The worst thing I would say is probably the file size limitation when moving files via Manage > File Transfer.

This is the best value I have been able to find with all the RMMs, with all the features I need and many I dont, that i have been able to find at a good price point for any company size.

The alerts is a major plus and the ability to break down certain customers to folders for locations is great. The integration with Splashtop and Teamviewer is a big deal also.

I was using a home grown solution that was clunky and I didn't really have time to build out. This has what I need, and the cost is far better then other solutions.

The reporting is a bit weak. I'm used to being able to hook into the database and generate custom reports coming from Connectwise.

It is a perfect fit for application managers who need an easy to use, affordable tool to support a large or small flock of systems and associated applications and users. Tech Support is very good.

Patch alerting is weak; Not sure about Antivirus alerts.
