Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • The remote program is really good. Very simple and quick when a caller has called in.

  • Single place to manage your workstations. Great patching product, great control product, awesome scripting engine.

  • Cons

  • Navigation in the console could be improved. There is a slight learning curve, but once you discover where all of the features are it becomes easy to use.

  • Definitely full featured, but a little too pricey to be used for stand alone in house Corporate use, really designed more for MSP's.

  • Pros

  • Superior, Best, easy to use, the better, like no other

  • Out of the box features are excellent and the system is very easy to configure.

  • Cons

  • A little confusion when setting up modules, but the support via Chat, trouble tickets and FAQ makes it bearable for roll-out and 1st time users

  • Final users can´t reasign tickets, the look and fill can barely change it, but it works quite well for what is designed.
