Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Ease of use and flexibility! New version is clean and nice. Very easy to continue using everyday and through the future.

  • I love how this software helps us manage all of our devices and keeps a great inventory of what devices are deployed and on hand. It also is really great at getting a user setup quickly.

  • Cons

  • a little difficult to learn, if you've never used an MDM before, but it's not too bad once you get it set up

  • User interface needs some smoothing out, but thankfully Jamf is taking care of that with Jamf Pro 10.

  • Pros

  • We evaluated several products however this one had it all. It was easy to purchase, configure and implement. Has great reporting features and dashboards.

  • The system is very intuitive and user friendly. I like the idea that users can open a ticket only via the e-mail.

  • Cons

  • The only issues I would say crop up sometimes is support. On the occasion that I run into an issue, I have had trouble getting the support I need.

  • It sometimes feels cluttered but there are so many features we have enabled, I'm not sure if it's possible to avoid the clutter.
