Clients find it very easy to book online appointments and love the reminders. The layout is nice to look at and continues to improve.

My customers love the text and email confirmations they receive. I like the integrated SOAP note, POS, and treatment history features.

I love that this system is easy to use on a computer or a phone and when a client books I get a notification to my phone so I never miss an appointment An added bonus is the support team is fantastic.

As a Massage therapist I love that SOAP notes are right their as well. Never mind the Revenue report that they offer; great come tax time.

I HATE that I used to have texting reminders and it was removed and ClinicSense wanted to charge an extra $10/month... $5/month I could've gotten behind but not $10.

Batch retrieving clients' treatment notes is a pain. No client account data exporting facility for bookkeeping software such as Microsoft Money.

Overall a very good experience. I love the having charting and reports all with my schedule.

Really the only thing I dislike is that there is only one option for the reminders in the lowest option.

It has saved me so much time. Love that all my forms are paperless, especially with COVID.

Chart notes are the only thing that don't make sense -too much wasted space and spacing in printed format, missing patient identifiers on multiple page SOAP notes.
