Intuitive interface with a supportive implementation team

We've found that working with one lead implementation team member was really helpful to minimize the back and forth when getting the system ready for our team. Our team lead, [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] was very responsive and easy to work with. He was able to address our questions and concerns in a timely manner and always found resolution to any issue we were dealing with.

- EHR your way is a system that's intuitive for clinical staff and administrators - Staff has responded positively to the system rollout and teaching the system hasn't been excessively time consuming nor taxing for administrators - The system has all the features we were looking for and when we needed something additional, the implementation team adjusted existing forms to meet our specific needs - Ability to create documents forms and change existing forms in the system - We have integrated our fax to our EHR system, which helps with ease of uploading documents to charts

Practice Manager

My experience with EHR your way has been overall good. They respond quickly to your needs if you need to change, add or update something in the EMR. The EMR is user friendly and easy to use. I am very satisfied with EHR your way.

PROS

I like that its user friendly, you can see everything. Its not complicated to use and if you need to add something, you can call or send a message and they respond quickly

CONS

I wish it would allow you to have more than 3 charts open at a time. I work on multiple patients at a time.

There are too many clicks in order to do certain things. The amount of buffer times are way to high. there are many unnecessary features. The lack of ability for admin to correct issues is horrible.

Great EHR for Behavioral Health

It's been great. No complaints. Customer service is top notch.

PROS

Ease of use for therapists, google calendar compatibility, billing management is great, charting is simple and makes logical sense.

CONS

Sometimes the system has too many options for staff. Me, as a super user it is great, but sometimes staff can get overwhelmed with all the options and get lost trying to accomplish one thing.

Reason for choosing EHR YOUR WAY

The customizability of the product and the onboarding process was second to none. We were a bit longer on getting the product complete for our uses, but that was on our end and not EHR's.

Reasons for switching to EHR YOUR WAY

MCP did not provide us with the robustness that we needed as we grew from a 3-5 person practice to an over 25+ therapist practice.

Good to work with.

I have been using EHR for almost 3 years and I do not have a problem with it. Its not hard to work on. the storage is great and the detail of categories are available and easy to use.

PROS

The ability to store my notes. transfer to supervisor, close clients in a timely manner. The EHR is great with case management because of the ability to be accountable. The storing capacity is great.

CONS

I don't really have a con because what I use the problem for suits my ability to get my work done in a timely manner.

It's fast and effective to store a lot of documents and notes for the mental health field.

PROS

It helps me keep my notations organized. It's easy to navigate and billing is fast. Monthly reviews of progress for the individuals that I serve is easy to complete each month.

CONS

Sometimes the templet for billing glitches and we call customer service for help.

EHR is the BEST!

It has been a wonderful experience. I really do not know how I functioned before this wonderful software was added to our office.

My Views on EHR

My overall experience is good it does a good job with organizing all the documents and labeling them. The process to complete tasks are quicker and smoother through the online service EHR

Excellent

My overall experience has been excellent. I really appreciate the team of experts that are placed with you when you join the software and how they all work together to get things completed in a timely manner. We have been with this software for more then a year now and everyday it gets better and I learn more and add more and complete more and it has been a wonderful overall experience. PROS

Our business has been in place for more then 10 years and we have been looking for a software for our business that would fit "all" our needs and more since the beginning and never could find anything and trust me I have seen lots of software demos over and over. Every place I found would fit some but not like this software that fits "all" my needs! In my demo I asked so many questions and everything they said they can do and complete for me, they really did complete for me and went beyond my expectations. When I need something they are there and help me through the process and if I still do not know they video me and explain to me until I completely understand and then follow up with me to make sure I am continuing to do good. Any concerns or questions they are there for me. The best part of this software is that they work with you and really meet "your" needs and what "you" need the software to do for you, not like other software which is standard and no adjustments can be made but here you really have a team of experts working for you and helping you and your business to facilitate better and function accordingly. I definitely recommend this software to medical, mental, therapy, and practically any company that needs a functional software platform to work for you.

CONS

I have not yet found anything least about this software. If there is something that is needed everybody in the team comes together and accomplishes what I need.

Electronic Health Management that fits your needs

It has brought a congruent solution together for a large and diverse group of independent counselors. It has facilitated sharing of referrals and logistics for our services.

PROS

Our agency needed a customized solutions to meet the diverse needs of services. We reviewed many other solutions but none could offer the customizations we needed like EHR Your Way.

CONS

The disadvantages may be the limited browser support for some internet browsers and the lack of iCal support. The time to refresh. Sometimes accessing necessary pieces of information requires several actions.

In the end, EHR Your Way could meet all the requirements we had for the agency.

Our previous provider was customizable but with such complexity that the software had a lot of overhead and failed to provide intuitive and functional homogeneity.

Happy customer, using significant support for EHR

The clinical staff experience with the system is user-friendly and takes very little training to learn. Administrative staff also report that use is largely intuitive. When there are problems and new items to consider, which they’re always are, the EHRYW staff is extremely responsive in collaborating to resolve the issue and find the best way to accomplish our goals.

PROS

Happy customer, using significant support for EHR. The only other electronic record system we have used in our practice was free. I appreciate how well the EHRYW staff worked with me to customize our templates for clinical notes, billing, and practice statistics. I was shy about spending any money for note writing, but I am recognizing how very worth it this system is.

CONS

Of course it takes a lot of work to initialize any system, and this was no exception, especially since so much was customized to our particular needs and wishes. On the other hand, since EHRYW specializes in behavioral and addiction treatments, many of the assessments we use were already in the system and didn’t need to be re-created.

Reason for choosing EHR YOUR WAY

Office Ally was inflexible, very difficult to change, and there was very little support for the product. We never could figure out how to use the E prescribe function. I don’t recall the specific other products I reviewed and considered, but I know my choice was based on a combination of reasonable pricing and responsiveness of the support while I was making the decision. Also, I appreciated that this company specializes in behavioral health systems.

Concierge Internal Medicine Practice

The team has been responsive, accommodating to our practices needs and taking the provider input when considering new features.

PROS

This is an extremely powerful EHR that is able to accommodate the needs of various specialties including internal medicine practice. The customer support team is excellent and is able to fully customize the product to your needs. Has a modular component with regards to billing that we does not use but have study done is very good. I love the ability to do everything within the EHR including prescribed, fax documents, email patient's, chart notes and review labs.

CONS

I would hope that they continue developing the phone application as it is extremely useful and able to accommodate E prescribing over the phone app. There are some features like visualizing previous notes and visualizing telephone call/sticky notes that are not yet available.

I felt the platform was more robust, definitely more customizable and we were able to post results to the patient's email within the EHR.

Our Admin staff agree with this assessment and tell us that all the claims processing & billing features make these tasks so much more efficient.

Professional life is easier

Learning and using electronic health records on a daily basis has been satisfying and efficient.

PROS

All of my practice needs are taken care of in a logical, organized fashion. I don't have to spend a lot of time on repetitive tasks. Ease of use for scheduling, documentation and communication with colleagues and clinic admin.

CONS

Nothing important. I am impatient and sometimes the time it takes to populate a field is frustrating to me.

Easy to manage

I have had some signature issues and calendar errors when initially starting EHR, customer service was helpful and fixed the issues immedately. The ease and simplicity of completing notes and charting has been pleasant.

PROS

EHR is very simple to use and mange. The notes are fast to complete and compliant.

CONS

Some scheduling issues with changing the calendar.

EHRYW is the Lomi Way

As a clinic (large group), we are able to document all aspects of a client's visit - from intake to discharge. EHRYW makes it easy to create and complete progress notes, treatment plans, see client alerts, and get clinical decision support easier. EHRYW is a comprehensive EHR platform and we are able to streamline our operations.

PROS

HIPPA - Having a HIPAA compliant EHR Platform is essential. EHRYW has access control tools, encryption, and an audit trail. Appt. Scheduling - This is an essential part of our clinic's workflow, as it keeps our practice full and operational. EHRYW's appointment scheduling ensures that PHI can be accessed easily, enhances client care and the client experience. EHRYW's system provides increased efficiency, reduced errors, an enhanced client experience, and improved communication between our clients and therapists. EHRYW appointment management allows our Team to streamline and automate administrative tasks, that increases our overall ROI and output. Patient Records Management - EHRYW consolidates client records, appt scheduling, note documentation, and billing in one platform, this ensures that Lomi has everything we need at our fingertips. EHRYW offers secure access to encrypted records and automated backups, that guarantees the safety and integrity of the data. Document Management - Lomi is a mental health clinic and we must be able to manage an abundance of medical records and billing information each day. In addition, we are required to retain client medical records for a minimum of 7 years from the date of the client's last visit. EHRYW makes document management simple, increased productivity, eliminates human error (less paper), reduces our costs, improves client care and satisfaction, and increases security through audit trails. No More Paper - Lomi had paper records and typically they do not offer enough space to write down pertinent information. Paper records were lost. With paper records there was too much admin time with organizing and scanning. EHRYW eliminated this problem by allowing authorized users to enter everything electronically. With EHRYW we are able to build an audit trail, our information is backed up, it helps the therapist cut down on time spent doing administrative tasks, and BETTER for the environment (we reduced our paper usage and waste).

CONS

Language Barrier: The biggest obstacle/con is often the inability to understand Tech Support. Often times we struggle implementing new ideas/projects because there isn't a clear agreement on what to do or how to do it.

Lomi had researched 6-8 other platforms and we went with EHRYW because of price and flexibility to create our EHR System our way.

Excellent EHR software with Great support

Overall, the support staff has been phenomenal. We have never used an EHR system, so there has been a learning curve, but the staff has been there to help, offering guidance and answers at every turn.

PROS

The robustness and feature richness of Ehr Your Way have far surpassed our expectations. There has been excellent support. The tech at EHR Your Way has always done a great job of giving me explanations or solutions to my issues. The support system follows up with me until I am satisfied and all of my questions are addressed. When I submit a ticket, they reply the following day with a solution or say they are working on one and will not forget about you.

CONS

This is VERY robust software; for a small business like mine (with fewer than six providers), it is like operating a Ferrari on a Ford Escort need. We are always discovering new things with this EHR software because it has so many features. There is a learning curve if this is your first EHR program, but support is available.

EHR YOUR WAY saved us

We have been able to meet the state mandates with reporting federal data points as well as increase our clean billing.

PROS

We like the ease of use as well as the adaptability to our needs. We have so many payers, not just private insurance and so many different program that needed individual rules to make the billing work and the implementation team made it work.

CONS

The waterfall billing has been slow to evolve. When there are two payers, it would be nice to have the bill go to the first and then automatically to the second.

We picked EHR Your Way do to Dr. Kumara being a physician and understanding all of the issues with documentation and billing.

Fantastic Option for Behavioral Health Providers

Our experience with EHRYourWay has been fantastic. We are on a first-name basis with our support team and they are always very responsive. By converting to this software, we have better data, higher billing revenues, and improved staff documentation.

PROS

Our organization offers outpatient and inpatient services for individuals with mental health, substance use, and intellectual and developmental disabilities. With such a wide range of services, we needed a health record that could handle the large number of note templates we use as well as our immeasurable number of billing rules. EHRYourWay has proved to be a user friendly, easy-to-navigate option that can stand up to our organization's billing complexities.

CONS

As with any health record system, converting from our old software to EHRYourWay was a tedious process. EHRYourWay's staff helped us navigate through the conversion with constant support. They helped ease the burden by providing conference calls, screen sharing q&a sessions, and an in-person site visit. Three years later, they are still an email or call away whenever we need to revamp a portion of the system or make changes to our workflow.

Behavioral Health EHR Your Way

Overall experience has been very positive. The support is excellent and the organization of our records is very efficient!

EHR Your Way is very easy accessible and organized so that we can easily find and access needed information. It is a safe place for us to store our confidential patient information. The customer support at EHR is quick and efficient. I have had some inquiries that were quickly addressed and in a supportive manner.

CONS

It could be helpful for therapists to have a running list of active clients. They can still easily search clients, but having an active list could be helpful.

Very good Program

in my experience, ehr your way have improved our practice efficacy and work flow has been made easier

PROS

we are able to have all charts, medical notes and visits in one site, for easy access.

CONS

the refund are a bit complicated to process

we did not have Electronic Medical records

Residential Treatment EHR

I have worked in many different facilities and have used many products. This is my first employer that use EHR. It was easy to learn and it is reliable for the treatment facilities needs.

PROS

EHR is very effective and easy to use. All of the sections link directly to what we need them for. One document will automatically sync to the other when information is transmittable. When we need a document updated EHR is quick to fix the document that it pertains to. I solely use EHR when it comes to any clinical interaction with clients.

CONS

There is not much I do not like about EHR. Every so often a ticket has to be submitted for a document to be corrected. But these situations are handled promptly.
