IntakeQ makes our forms look attractive, seamless and professional. It is so quick and easy and actually kind of fun to see clients progress through them quickly in our office.

It's extremely easy to use, the customer support staff are excellent, and we can easily create/customize our online forms.

And a way to color code the blocks on the left bar where they are either green for intake forms or blue for notes.

I don't really have anything to say negative about this software.

I can never see all my patients in one day well. The print outs of the schedule waste a lot of paper.

I love how it easy it is to send forms and intake paperwork to patients. You can add them quickly to the database and send them any form you need.

I was already using SRfax and this is integrated with that fax program. It take a little time to customize everything, but it is well worth it and the customer service response is great and fast.

They are incredibly fast, effective and helpful via email communication. I have been highly impressed.

Great EMR - Ive used many and for the price, customer service, and ease of use, this is my favorite.

Horrible customer service. The membership option is very helpful and if you want to switch to a concierge membership program I would highly recommend using the IntakeQ billing system.

Clients have had trouble using it the screen freezes on mobile devices and they are unable to book an appointment.

The software is often quite slow, which can be extremely annoying when you have customers standing in front of you waiting to pay.

I am not very techym but I have managed to do most of the tasks on this system. I would like to have the time to learn more of its functionality so have found the webinars really helpful.

We have found that we can integrate Go Cardless which we are yet to do and hope that this will help the Clinic run more smoothly.
