Cons: Batch uploading data. We use a different software, so we upload data quarterly. It takes time to figure it out and has to happen in phases, which can cause delays. Majority of our old paperwork is featured on sure impact so we do not need to keep hard copy files. Being able to view everything online is very helpful. It won't let me put in multple information/case notes on one person. The system doesn't update immediately.
