Request booking System

Very good

PROS

It was easy to schedule bookings and reminders were sent to both customers & the team.

CONS

Sometimes it wasn't as easy to navigate switching hours off & annual leave for team.

We went with request as it linked to our website & worked. It wasn't an onerous service.

From the start [SENSITIVE CONTENT] @ Request was on hands to guide along the way. Software is simple. Support is always at hand by way of text or email. Excellent service.

PROS

I had tried some other software before I came across Request. The other software companies did not appear to have a person that i could speak to to help me set up their software. Request is a fantastic, easy to use software.

CONS

None I can think of so far. I have not come across any issues.

Reason for choosing Request

I tried the trial options with Fresha and Simpy Book Me, they were too confusing and there was nobody at hand to assist me in setting it up. Request was a completely different experience.

I love the email notification. Client reminders by text. The option to charge a deposit. And the low cost of service

None that I can think of. As it’s the first time using a online booking service.
