It is very stunning software very easy to share money transfer as quick as possible and great experince.

Gpayments for payment

Overall experience is good and continue to use this software will recommend to other switch users.

Most like features are 3D secure and merchant plugin which help alot to making the secure payments with it.

CONS

Sometime transaction get timeout which cause the transaction. To fail

契約書が英語である為、日本向けの顧客に対しては日本語の契約で締結して欲しいカスタマーサポートで、質問1件につき課金される料金体系について変更して欲しい(月額利用料金にカスタマーサポートのコストも含んで欲しい)

Thanks for your feedback. 合意書は英語で記載されています。なぜなら、ActiveServerサービスはオーストラリアの企業(GPayments Pty Ltd)によって設計・提供されており、オーストラリアのニューサウスウェールズ州の法律に基づいています。GPaymentsは、クライアントの要求に応じて、追加費用でバイリンガルの合意書を提供することができます。 The agreement is in English because ActiveServer Service is designed and provided by an Australian company (GPayments Pty Ltd) based on Australian NSW laws. GPayments can provide the bilingual agreement on request at an additional cost to the client. カスタマーサポートサービスフィーは、弊社の要員の稼働費(対応費用)として請求しております。なお、弊社製品・ドキュメントの不具合に起因するお問い合わせには請求しておりません。また、カスタマーサポートのご利用頻度は、お客様により様々で一律に月額利用料金に追加するのは難しいと考えます。カスタマーサポートのパッケージ(10件までは一律20万円、10件利用時は追加購入可能など)を提供することは可能だと考えます。 The customer support service fee is billed as the operating cost (response cost) of our personnel. Please note that we do not charge for inquiries caused by defects in our products or documents. In addition, we believe that it is difficult to uniformly add to the monthly license fee because the frequency of customer support usage varies depending on the customer. I think it is possible to provide a customer support package (200,000 yen for up to 10 inquiries, additional purchases possible when using 10 inquiries, etc).
