Pros
- I greatly enjoy working in the system, the Resolver team in fantastic and very responsive. Any issues that may come up (rare though they are) are handled quickly.
- Great company that is always moving forward. Fun to work with, innovative and true partners.
- Having previously submitted evidence from prior audits is very helpful during audits in progress. While the product is great, the support team is what makes the overall experience the exceptional.
Cons
- Upgrading from version to version is quite disruptive to our operations and we have typically found a fatal error the past few times we have upgraded.
- After updating the risk content, the software will automatics refresh and will have to go through the list to find the risk I was updating.
- My staff complain that they cannot get what they need using onboard tools and are dissatisfied that they have to purchase other software to run the reports and analytics that they need.
Pros
- The Strategic Customer Success Manager over our account has provided excellent service and amazing support. The product was easy to configure and has been very useful for audits and risk management.
- Fantastic experience with the tool and the company. Great support in building up our programs of control and delivering custom features that meet our needs.
- Their responsiveness, expertise, and dedication have greatly contributed to our project's success, ensuring that any challenges are swiftly addressed.
Cons
- Lack of built-in approval flow, requiring manual workarounds. Inability to edit certain built-in fields, such as assessed risk, limiting customisation.
- Show Owner's full name instead of initials. Companies of 500 employees make it difficult to know who the owner is just by looking at it.
- It would be beneficial to have the capability to adjust risk levels within the tool to align with the company's existing risk methodology.
