DocHub is user friendly and allows us to get signatures on documents with ease. Also allows us to upload documents that are custom! At the start of the pandemic was when we began using and it was simple and cost effective.

I've had only good experiences with DocHub and was happy to continue my subscription for my second year using this for PDF adjustments, sending client engagement letters and requesting signatures from client.

Overall, we truly enjoy DocHub and all of its features since it makes it easier for us to get our applications signed from our clients. Before we required our client to come in to the office to get their applications or documents signed or we had to mail them out and wait for them to get sent back. This has definitely saved us from a lot time and we have been able to provide our documents faster to our underwriters.

What we like the most about DocHub is the electronic signature tool, merging and deleting pages and the ability to be able to track each document from when it was sent to when it gets returned back to us.

The only feature that we dislike and it is only because we have to upload the document and resend it to the client if that document requires a signature is not being able to resend or update a document once it has been open by the client. I know there is a Void tool to cancel that request but again we have to set up the document again to request a signature from our client.

Our company uses DocHub every day, whether it's compiling separate images and documents into one streamlined PDF, sending out signature requests on agreements and contracts, or for our own internal human resources needs. It's simple to use with practically no learning curve, plus it's a cinch for the recipients of our signing requests. I appreciate how easy it is to re-order documents within the overall flow and that it's a breeze to create custom fields and signatures.

The one feature set I would like to see improved in the future is the way images are handled and edited/manipulated within the platform (e.g. better tools for rotation or basic edits to exposure).

Before choosing Dochub back in 2016, I did a little research to get a good enough platform for my needs, and with the right price. It's now March 2024 and Dochub has evolved and improved over the years. I can only recommend this product/platform, and with the price it's great to try it out and see if it fits the company's needs. If I may ask for a new feature, it would be a 'Designer dashboard'. Here the user can set up a page or template from scratch with text, import logos and graphics, as well as the text forms/fields.

With Dochub, I upload and have many important documents stored. But the one thing that is most important for me is that I create templates and forms for orders to my clients. I can duplicate last year's order form, make a few edits, and save it. For every new order from a client, I open a new copy where the fields are ready to be used. And this makes the basis for all my orders, and can be easily accessed and sent to my accountant if needed.

I've come across a few problems making new templates based on my previous templates. But I've overcome every problem myself with a little 'fafo'.

I like doc hub for the cost, it easy to use and I have very few problems using it, there some times where the font shows up really small or might have issues longing in for hte price and the service your are getting its very nice feature.

there are times where I can't login, where there error, not often, there been some times where the font shows up very small and i have to do the font size at 72 make up for the small fonts

All the tabs up top are self explanatory. You don't really need to do a tutorial on the use of this program because it is so easy to use. Everyone in the office uses it!

I would recommend this software to all who need an easy document modifying and signing program.

This software can be free to use as long as you do not sign more than 5 documents a month. You can also edit and modify documents as needed. It is easy to upload docs into the software. Worked out well when I had to sign and return documents electronically during the Covid lockdown.

Sometimes I get stuck using it. Although you would think that you can do some basic tasks in the software, I cannot figure them out. There is no customer service that I know of to call. It is free unless you pay monthly so I do not complain.

DocHub is excellent for doing minor edits and PDF creations. It is also very cheap compared to other PDF editors.

It will not allow you to edit text already on a file.

I like that DocHub has predefined PDF templates where the signature and name fields are already setup in the PDF file. This makes it very easy for my clients to sign their forms and it's easy for me to quickly send that out to new clients.

The DocHub app and mobile website do not work well on the phone. You cannot drag text and signature boxes into the PDF.

Pretty good for the work I do. I use it for basic contracts and esigns.

Easy to work with. Been using it for 3 years plus.

Some of the transfers get out of alignment. No matter what I do There always seems to be one or two lines of input out of alignment.

I'm really like to recommend this software for all work from home offices because it is such a help without having to keep hard copies every where. Not only for work from home based office, but also for other it will help to get rid of paper waste and most importantly they are saved safely

During work from home time period this was a very helpful tool for our office. Without having to get hard copy of document we can easily sign off the relevant official documents with a better authentication

It is better to make it bit easier when entering text inputs into the fields. As user themselves has to be careful over alignments sometimes its kinda bothersome when signing off documents

Overall I have really like using DocHub. The price is reasonable and for what we need it for it does a great job. It allows people to sign on a phone or tablet while using their finger or stylus which results in strong digital signatures. The fillable PDF converter is very easy to use as well.

DocHub gives the ability to upload our PDF's and then to make them fillable forms. We use it for our learning centre application and registration forms. It allows for our parents to fill in each field online, as well as digitally sign the documents. I receive an email for each form that is filled in with the form attached which is a great help.

I haven't spent a lot of time looking at it but it feels like the organizational options to help organize your documents is lacking.

Once in. While I struggled to open documents from Google Drive. Most likely user error.

I love this software. I discovered it by accident and started using it immediately. It requires absolutely no learning. Super friendly and simple.

Honestly there is nothing I don't like about it. It's easy and fast and I never have issues using it for anything.
