As an avid Chrome user FormatPDF was easy to install and has been problem free. The features are easy to use and less clunky than Preview or Adobe Acrobat. The format function allows me to make changes on the fly and the merge/delete tools mean I have the full suite of tools needed.

As is true with all pdf software they don't always do what you want and you have to revert to the original document. However, overall FormatPDF does what it says on the tin.
