Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • I love the ease of use and that I can use it to immediately store details of clients . I love that I get their phone number as well as not everyone uses Skype

  • I love everything about 10to8, especially ease of use. I have struggled with other programs and their multiple steps to set up a simple schedule. You also can't beat the price!

  • Cons

  • The interface is a bit clunky on the phone, but they are working on it. Other than that, I don't have any issues.

  • There is no APP for smartphones, though they do have a web-app that allows you to access info. This is okay, but would be quicker and easier if there was a full app to access the schedule.

  • Pros

  • Layout is a nice design. Easy to use, client friendly

  • All in one system, great for scaling each facility and software is really simple to use. highly recommend this product.

  • Cons

  • I like pretty much everything but if there is one thing I dont like it's the percentage that Stripe takes from transactions.

  • Sometimes stalls. Experiences troubles loading and then fails. Usually comes good, couldn't figure out sessions so I used classes for everything
