Pros:

The app is cool and it guides you on how to exercise using different styles and techniques. It gives you duration that you should take on a specific exercise. Helps you maintain your workout schedule.

Cons:

When you have to pay to get a special trainer, it cost a little more and also you can only text with your trainer. You can't share your progress via photos or videos.
