My Rehab Pro is a cloud-based rehabilitation platform that helps orthopedic physicians and therapists to connect with their patients via mobile apps and web platforms. Physicians can upload workout and training videos to their online video library, share videos and workout routines with their patients and track their progress.
My Rehab Pro helps physicians create instructional exercise handouts for their patients. The solution supports complete branding of forms and documents with elements such as clinic name, tagline and brand logo. My Rehab Pro also offers access to a team of professional videographers to help clinics create workout videos for their patients. Videos can be developed with audio instructions and technique illustration.
My Rehab Pro's patient mobile app supports real-time health monitoring and provides visibility on assigned tasks and exercises. The PT dashboard for trainers allows therapists to keep track of patients’ progress and plan activities.
My Rehab Pro is a HIPAA compliant solution and supports end-to-end encryption of both patients and physician medical files. It also offers customer support via email, chat and phone.

Got our clinic more organized and we used less paper!
It helps patients understand and view their home exercise program better than a handout. Was more organized and I didn't have to write all over the pictures so the patients understood everything I needed.
Sometimes can be a little time consuming to find a specific exercise you are looking for. However, once I got used to it, it made the task easier.
Alex from Western Kentucky University
It helps me organize patients and and it is easy for patients to perform their exercises and heal faster.
The customer service of My Rehab Pro has been nothing short of outstanding. They have helped my team get into the software and taught us how to manage our patients and clinicians. The software itself is very functional and east to use. I highly recommend this product.
Craig from Ellis and Badenhausen
The fact that it shows a video of someone performing the exercise with proper form allows the patient to see exactly how it should performed. It takes the guess work out of the "how to" for the patient so that they can be sure they are getting the best out of their rehab and exercises.
It does take a little more time on the therapist to set up/find the exercises. Also not all patients (typically older generation) want to download and app or may not have a smart phone yet.

Ease for patient's to view exercises and understand movements.
App for quick reference to exercises.
Access exercises anywhere, no papers to lose.
Flexibility to print pictures if patient requests as well as videos to email.
Ability for patient's to access their exercises after discharge.
Great customer service team that are quick to solve problems and assist when issues arise.
Would like more exercises but they are continuing to grow their library.
Viewing videos from "view all videos" section is hard to find what you are looking for quickly. This would be quicker to view with a picture of the exercise as their are multiple versions of exercises for each body part.

Increased compliance with patient Home Exercise Program. Ease of adding additional exercises and updating programs appropriately.
The ability to modify the description, sets and reps. Multi-modal access including printing, app, website, and email.
Does not have all of the exercises, in the way that I perform them with my patients. Although there is the ability to add additional exercises, the process is lengthy.

Ease of use, quality of videos. It is a value added that patient's recognize and enjoy. My team uses it more because it is easier and less time consuming than other programs.
Sometimes have to wait for videos to load. Some exercises are not there that we use - in that case I still have to give pt. a piece of paper in addition to MRP.

Current technology for patient care
Easy to use interface for the clinician. Patients get an email with links to download the free app or use the patient portal to view video exercises that are assigned by me for their home exercise program. My patients love it! No papers to lose and the videos are great reminder of proper technique. Great video quality and patient interface is easy to use.
The exercise video library is extensive but could always be expanded. Luckily, My Rehab Pro adds new exercises on a regular basis.
