PTminder has been very easy to use from the start. I like how easy it is to input everyones information, and it is great that it posts the upcoming birthdays on the main page.

I don't like that there is no option for a client to sign an actual membership contract.

I would stress that this complaint is very minor, and has not impacted my user experience.

As a mobile PT, I don't always have access to the internet so a massive downside it not having an offline use.

Love how easy it is to schedule clients appointments, invoice, keep track of client payments and integrate with Ezidebit. And it's great that a lot of this can be done from the mobile app.

Easily the best Fitness software for Personal trainer.

The website was somewhat easy to use and came with a lot of convenient features like the calendar, ability to send/create invoices, creative pricing, and more.

I handle the PT part while PTminder worries about the admin part.

The online support service provided is outstanding. Support has been available 7 days and all staff are willing to help.

We did a lot of research into gym management software and even purchased software from another company before using PTminder...it ended up being horrible and we had to cancel it and search again.

Customer service language barrier (sometimes takes a while to explain the issue), limitations for missed sessions tracking and pausing a membership tracking.

Overall, this is a good option for personal trainers and the like to run their online business and deliver their programs to clients.

I love this user-friendly software. Having my own studio and being able to accurately and easily keep not only my calendar and payments in perfect order but it also helps during tax time.

Monthly graphs and charts are awesome visual aid of financial position. Love that I can easily jump from monthly to weekly to annually depending what data I want to compare.

I love the features on TrueCoach that allow me to keep notes on all my clients. Easy to update progress, refer to notes on what equipment they have at home to utilize and quick to upload workouts.

The other thing is, their team is constantly trying to improve the platform and make it the perfect blend for the coaches and athletes.

I think it is a little pricey, but that's my opinion. Smaller client loads - it's great and pretty cost effective.

Using the Truecoach software has been an awesome experience so far. The ease of operation, great price, useful features, and customer service are hard to argue with.

The best part about this software is the ease of use and the ability to centralize all communication and information with each client.

The ease of dragging and dropping workouts, the ease of uploading videos to the exercise library, the communication between clients and trainers. Really all the features are fantastic.

Overall it has been wonderful. Like anything there is a bit of a learning curve but after getting the hang of it, it helps streamline my personal training process.

I am not a fan of it not working for android phones. I am missing out on clients because of it.

Sometimes moving workouts around is frustrating. If the workout is long, it's hard to not see the whole month in the view of the computer screen.

Having to wait for new features. The inability to have your coaches link to their own stripe account.

I have used this pretty much daily with clients and my own personal training/tracking. The MyFitnessPal integration is an awesome feature for checking in on clients.

It can be hard if the payment is missed and the client is effected in the process.

It’s easy to figure out and they have an incredible support team to help you figure it out if your unsure. I also love the ability to message back and forth with clients as well as share videos.

The price is reasonable and the support is great. I tell all my colleagues about it constantly.

My coaches have wasted a lot of time typing long responses only to click back to their metrics/photos and go back to the workout and the response is gone and they have to retype it.
