The thing everyone takes for granted is NO GLITCHES. With 2 other softwares we used customer support on weekly basis. We have NEVER used TeamUp support as we simply never needed it in the whole 5 years. Constant updates to functionality with the same clear pricing structure :-) I Cons: Back in the day it was inability to brand seperate sides of the business. I still wish we could add graphics to every event. Reasons for switching to TeamUp Mindbody was a shocking mess. 5 teams working on different parts of the software not communicating. It just didn't work well on top of ridiculous price increases. Momence- it's a castle build in the sky with no foundations ;-) Loads of promises and looks beautiful but it's fragile and the database breach left us vulnerable and not supported.
