If they had a membership platform that also integrated a website I would have stayed with them. They have a large library of movements but also the ability to quickly add your own. Cons: The only thing I didn’t like was they did not have a “rounds + reps” option to record Metcon-style workouts. Members had to do math and record their session with total reps which was a little time consuming and required more effort than my members wanted after a tough workout.
