I'm Loving this program the more I learn
My experience with Groomsoft has been excellent and I will refer your software to others.
PROSThe software itself is very easy with a little help on how certain things work its a great software. I needed something that had everything in one program and this one did still needing the online booking and its is complete great for the money!. and I have been shopping with 123Pets, Gingr, MoeGo and Pawfinity which which was much higher in price and some didn't even have Forms template in them.. Very useful might i add.
CONSThe only problem i see at this time is Groomsoft doesn't have online booking :(.. for most of us groomers we need this its important!

I will tell you that rep is an amazing customer service representative extremely quick to address an issue or to just help you learn how it works he has a lot of patients. This is the reason i'm upgrading and staying with Groomsoft! If you don't have good customer services people just leave and go somewhere else. !

Groomsoft is 4 stars!!!
Immediate reminders without having to do anything but put the appointment on the calendar. Picture of dogs are incorporated in the client's information.
PROSIt is easy to use but even more importantly, customer servi ce is AMAZING!!! They answer questions quickly and help you in any way possible. I am extremely impressed and so happy I switched from another software that was expensive and I couldn't use half of it.
CONSI wish it could be integrated with the google calendar so I didn't have to do things twice. Eventually we may use the calendar by itself but right now we are set in our ways with Google.

New Customer - in Trial Status
It was somewhat puzzling when I first started using the program. Where I thought the answers would be, was not correct. A phone call cleared up my problems. [SENSITIVE CONTENT]. went and is going beyond what was expected of a Grooming software support person would do. He fixed my formatting problem with my receipt printer, and now is importing my data into the software. Very impressive!
PROSThe components are what we need. I took a little while to get used to the layout, but it does make sense now.
CONSHaven't found anything yet.

After wading through about 30+ grooming software, features and price, GroomSoft was the only one I wanted to try.
Reasons for switching to Groomsoft
Sold old business, going to just my wife grooming. Sorry, but too many groomers are just a problem.

Excellent tool for your business
It has been really good using for this 5 years groomsoft. It helps my business to be very organized in terms of calendar and expenses
PROSI really like the easy way you can use the software and the flexibility of access you can log in on your mobile device or on your desk computer.
