Pros
- When it was working it was great - a little cumbersome to use but it did the job.
- Kennel Connection is easy to use (very user friendly). I also like the fact that the software is always updating and making additions to better serve our customers.
Cons
- Despite buying it, it won't transfer to new owner when we sell kennel without paying hundreds all over again. Employees constantly complaining n about it.
- Over priced horrid customer service constant emails to pay them more money I am on here to find a better service for when I move and open my boarding kennel and it will not be kennel connection.
Pros
- The previous scheduler did not provide this convenience. It's easy to use and easy to setup and it doesn't cost our company a dime.
- I really liked how simple everything on the Square Appointments app was made to be. Literally, everything I needed to do with my calendar I did it on the app and it was perfect.
Cons
- It was not very easy to navigate at first. It was a struggle figuring out how to set everything up.
- The system has constantly crashed, for over a month now we have lost client information, appointments and our calendars were wiped out due to an upgrade.
