"There is nobody to talk to fix the problem. If you try to get something fixed, they put you with AI or chat only and it’s just a major repetition of ongoing text with no fixes."
"I pay for the mid-grade level of the app and you only get 900 SMS texts a month which include all automated messages from your business to the client and all two-way communication (singular or mass texts) to the client as well. If you go over the 900 you are forced to buy more texts. "
