Adobe Creative Cloud has made my life so much better and easier. By bundling all of the software into one package it's easy to purchase multiple software at once and update them as once.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

It's the most affordable bundle of design, animation, web, photo editing and video editing software.

#### Cons

Nothing. Not a single complaint. There isn't a single product on the market that competes with Adobe Creative Cloud and for the price it really can't be beat.

#### Reasons for switching to Adobe Creative Cloud

This option was cheaper and had other design and animation software included.

### A long time with Adobe

I've been using Adobe for quite some time now. It's become an integral part of my job and is essential to my daily routine. Not using it is like losing a day's work.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 2/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

I think we all know that the most obvious advantage is that Adobe is the most widely used software in the creative industry, so if you master it, you’ll have a leg up in the job market. Plus, whether you like it or not, the integration of AI is a huge help.

#### Cons

The downsides could be that, since it’s the most widely used tool, you feel compelled to master it, which means you might overlook open-source or more affordable programs. Also, its price remains high even though competition from other programs is growing. Other than that, I have no issues with it.

### Tools that can be used for a wide range of marketing tasks.

This is a hub of our creative marketing work. It's an investment, but the fact that there are a lot of tools to use and updates frequently make the investment worthwhile for small agencies who require professional, polished work product. Videos, design apps are irreplaceable in our daily working processes. For a small creative team, this platform should take care of most of your needs with some costs of course.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Functionality: 4/5

#### Pros

Adobe Creative Cloud offers a range of applications that's second to none for marketing purposes. Our ad design to branding materials are all done using Photoshop and Illustrator. Premiere Pro has played an important role in creating videos for social media, while the cloud storage has helped us to easily and quickly share files within the team. The subscription service provides us with access to the updated versions, thus allowing us to not take any downtime.

#### Cons

Smaller teams, with less clearly defined roles, may find the learning curve too difficult to traverse with some of the tools, such as After Effects. Also, there is a subscription fee, which can begin to get expensive if the entire staff isn't using all of the apps, which is the case with a small agency like ours. It would be nice to have better bundling options. Customer support also at times is a bit generic and slow, in comparison to the price that we pay.

Creative Cloud gives me every tool I could possibly want, and the cross functionality is a nice touch. However, sometimes syncing assets will be a little buggy, updates seem to frequently break the apps, and it's a little on the pricey side.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 4/5
- Customer support: 4/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

The amount of tools available to you in the Creative Cloud is great. You can do just about anything you need and more.

#### Cons

I've had issues with files syncing, it's rather expensive, and updates seem to always break the apps.

#### Reasons for choosing Adobe Creative Cloud

Affinity is cheaper, but I personally prefer all the features offered in the Creative Cloud.

### Still, by far, the best software for graphic designers

Overall experience is great, I mostly use InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat and Illustrator. I do use other functions as well so the fact that I have access to all software in the package is Fantastic. I love Adobe Fonts and since I have started using it, I am more efficient when picking fonts. Overall if you are a designer, these are your tools!

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Customer support: 3/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

How professional and powerful the software is and that it is all and mostly compatible software in one package.

#### Cons

Adobe Illustrator is not working well with InDesign (for example when copying elements with gradients). My most important tool is InDesign, however, some options that should be there, are not (for example being able to engle rulers, something that I have been using in CorelDraw years ago).

#### Reasons for switching to Adobe Creative Cloud

InDesign, as it has way more options, plus Corel wasn't really tool for publications. Also, the fact that it is a whole lot of software and not one, also files in InDesign are taking way less space and it always saves backup (I have never lost what I have done when it crashed, and with Corel it happened very often)

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 1/5

I actually didn’t like anything about it. The programs being in one place was cool but other than that it wasn’t something that I used.

#### Cons

I didn’t like the programs to be honest, which I guess goes beyond the scope of the cloud. They were to difficult to use and expensive.

Adobe Creative Cloud is quite expensive and the requirements of the system are high, but with what it can do, it is almost a must have. The industry standard for a reason, it enables our teams to create high quality digital content. It’s an essential tool for both our brand projects and client work.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

The complete integration throughout all the apps I like it most. As an IT CEO, it's a huge win to have our teams of designers and marketers be able to effortlessly transition assets from Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. It's just incredible, and makes our creative process so efficient and collaborative.

#### Cons

Honestly, my number one dislike is the cost of a subscription. For an IT company in the AEC space, this many licenses spread around multiple departments truly adds up fast, and it feels like a leak. And the software itself can be super resource heavy and lead to those high-spec machines struggling, again either wasting time, or not working to the best of your machines capabilities.

Also, the automatic updates are a big plus. It’s a full creative suite, super flexible, and really powerful. You can personalize your whole workflow, and the tools cover everything from graphic design to video editing. The experience feels polished and well thought out.
