Overall Canva is a nice solution if you are a non-designer like me. It's the capability to give outputs in different forms like PDF and SVG apart from PNG and JPG is really helpful in my case.

They have great customer service and amazing designer templates. They make marketing for my business incredibly easy.

It's super easy to use even if you have little to no design experience, and has an amazing array of templates and design elements you can use for free or minimal costs.

Also there have been times when I have lost a design accidentally using Canva on my computer due to changing the template accidentally.

I look at the tracking info and they won't be here until MONDAY. They screwed us over so bad, I will NEVER use this service again.

Excellent - definitely very comfortable using, excellent and innovative ways to create resumes. It'll be the only thing I use to do that from now on.

This is an excellent sotfware for people that is not a designer and need to have very good presentations and frameworks.

I really like canva and think the service it provides is wonderful. The price is good too if you use it enough and the graphics are fun.

For instance, if I have text, a picture, and a box shape to outline the text, it can be extremely frustrating to move them around without accidentally moving the wrong item.

Canva is clearly focused on being the best, easy to use graphics program out there. Their pro subscription is quite good and worth the money if you use it frequently.

For group projects, only one person can be signed in at a time otherwise you risk losing some of the work.

What I miss the most is I can’t do a drop shadow on an object. Often I’ll have to create the rest of the design, export it, then open it to Photoshop and add that element and drop shadow there.

If I had to complain about something, I’d say the amount of screens I have to go through when I open it can be a little frustrating.

The tool is super easy to use for all levels, having zero knowledge for me it was a great help to have found Canva.

They often restrict users and remove data without justification, and there seems to be no recourse for the unwarranted abuse that many users, including myself, face when using the platform.

Always creative filters are fantastic, easy to understand, and integrate. Still considering the camera, the 24 hours available for viewing the story is a great move mainly to promote sales content.

Yeah i love this app because you can become famous by posting your talent, skills and photography without investing money.

Emailing on the app is a bit complicated. It doesn’t alert me when I get an email and you have to go through some pages to get to the email.

The integration with other apps has been helpful in some respects. For example, being able to share the same story or picture across platforms with ease.

The customer service is literally the worst. They take a very long time to get back to you, makes it very frustrating whether you have a personal or business account.

One bad aspect of this application is the bad influencers that have multiple pages on instagram.

Lastly I noticed I learn about all the bargains on Instagram. Reels became super user friendly and entertaining with filters and music.

The features i like the most is keeping profile private it’s the most useful. And second one is the sharing feature it’s also amazing.

It's a great platform but needs work on improving the navigation.

MY overall experience is very great I enjoy being on Instagram the graphics of the pictures are amazing.

This causes a lot of problems especially if someone has duplicated a fake account of you. Once you've used the app a couple of times the algorithm on the search tab becomes very subjective.

Instagram's lack of customer service and refusal to respond to users pleading for assistance is unprofessional and extremely frustrating.

Well, the worst thing I hated about this app is always receiving unwanted messages from strange unknown accounts.

I like connecting with people and staying in touch with fun videos and photos. It's also nice that you can edit photos in the app before posting them.
