It offers a gallery management solution, which lets administrators upload images from camera rolls, desktop or third-party cloud platforms such as Dropbox to create password-protected private events for customers. They are available normal business hours and closed on the weekend. No after 5pm support. Also I have spent so many hours wasted on just waiting for a responded email. The communication is through email which can take an entire day to resolve one small issue. I have so many issues darkroom booth that can’t seem to get resolved. I leave. A message and hope someone returns my call. They have the ability to remote in, but won’t and if they do it can still take an hour just waiting. They will send links to more links of reading material, which is not support. No incentive was offered If you're a professional photographer, Darkroom is a great piece of software to have in your collection. It's very user friendly and easy to learn, and has many options and functions for your photography. I also like the dropbox intergration. I use dropbox a lot for getting my files online and sharing them or accessing them elsewhere, so being able to easily get them from Darkroom to Dropbox is very nice. And their greenscreen editing is a nice feature as well.
