Telegram goes far beyond just communication. It is a school on its own. I have been blessed by telegram with very educative channels and groups. Telegram opened my business up to new client bases. Telegram has been a wonderful app for me. I am subscribed to telegram channels that are very useful for me. Channels that post educational content, free courses, software applications, video tutorials etc. Because of the nature of my employment, it is imperative that I cultivate my professional network, and telegram provides me with the ability to do just that. It enables me to search for and join a variety of channels and groups of people. It provides a comprehensive range of features and capacities to choose from. I take great pleasure in putting it to use.

Owners of businesses may now respond to customer questions with the help of automated systems bots. It's a fantastic way to get the word out to a wider audience. One person on his side can clear the chat between the two of you completely with no trace. I find this a little extreme. Telegram is still growing in popularity and this is limiting its use as you can make the most out of it by interacting with other telegram users

Overall this app was great for me, it has lots of great features which are helpful and other messengers lack or have taken from it. I personally believe it is the best messaging app currently available.

Telegram has a great privacy policy, it is completely ad free and all of its services are costless; including messaging, voice or video calls and more. Moreover, the app's prominent standpoint as a leading company in telecommunications services procedes from several advantages regarding maximum group capacity (200.000), minimum storage demand (less than 100mb for cellphones), cloud-based sync with unlimited storage , interoperability, chat and information encryption security, real time support and an option to set self-destructing messages. I would like to highlight its fantastic, swtichable image, video and audio quality, bearing in mind that other apps don't give the user as much room for personalization. It is interesting to note that the open code and API give Telegram scalibility too.

Video calls or specific media downloads may drain plenty of mobile data compared to other apps, although this might be related to the quality of the image. I can't say i noticed any major disadvantages.

Where my community has different devices and messages are sometimes not delivered across the operating systems, Telegram has fixed that problem and made communication a successful endeavor. There are also many ways to personalize the communication in engaging ways.

I have only used the mobile version of Telegram, so I find the notifications of new or potential contacts to ping often. However, there is a desktop application and I wonder if that would be a way to fix that quickly.

Wonderful. Telegram has been a wonderful app that has more features and capabilities, and any other instant messaging app I’ve ever used. Once they get their customer service up to par, they will be unstoppable.

I am very impressed with the quality and features that telegram offers. Since using it, I have found that I am much more communicative than via text messaging, and the share button is a godsend. You can share anything to telegram in a single click. I also love the ability to send things to your own personal folder for later.

Telegram was one of several products reviewed by our ICT department to use as a backup form of communication for service outages and such and has so far been a good choice. It has allowed to remain in constant communication during service disruptions either through IM or voice chats and has allowed us to exchange information quickly. It is a clear winner for communications apps compared to others such as Slack or WhatsApp.

Telegram is a free app which is incredibly useful when a non-profit such as us are looking for a communications platform and don’t have much money to play with. As well as being able to instant message contacts through Telegram, you can also call them and send files or pictures, which makes it useful for us when we in the department need to share information quickly. The developers seem to push out regular updates to fix bugs and add in new features, and there are options to use secure end-to-end encryption for messages. There are a number of ways to access Telegram, including through iPhone/Android apps, a Windows 10 app, and a web-based app. Another benefit is that Telegram is not tied to any other services (such as Whatsapp is tied to Facebook, or Teams is tied to Microsoft) so there are no other less-useful features bundled with the app – it is purely a communications tool, which makes it suitable for business use.

There are very few drawbacks to using Telegram as a communications tool. There is currently no video call function, although I have no doubt it will be added in soon as the developers seem to be pushing out regular updates to add features and improve performance. Connecting phone contacts to Telegram requires providing permission to the app for access, although this would be true of all messaging applications not just Telegram.

Tribute to the Telegram team, I can say that you are the best. First of all, you can install the same account on several different phones or computer media. This gives me great convenience, because sometimes I forget my smartphone and I can access the mail via my laptop without any worries. The only problem at the moment is that many people don't use Telegram too much. Let's hope that they also encourage professionals, especially businesses, to use Telegram as an interactive means of communication to contact their clients. It should also sometimes be noted that video calls or downloads of specific media can consume too much mobile data compared to other applications, although this may be evidenced by the quality of the image.

Overall I am an avid fan of this messaging service and highly recommend it to anyone out there who wants to talk to their friends, their employee's or even family members. While the UI may not be as colourful as some of the other messaging services out there I think it is serviceable and fits with the theme of this app.

Security, Ease of use, Visual Aesthetic, Speed/Efficiency, ability to add over 200 people for 1 group chat, oh and last but not least it's free. It is quite possibly one of the best messaging services out there that has end to end encryption but unlike other messaging services this one doesn't leach your private information and sell your data.

There really are no downsides to this product I can think of other than account recovery which is an issue i ran into. If you lose your phone number you have lost access to your account. I also think another such con could be the number of people on the service. I think over time the number of people using this service grows day by day but I still think popular messaging services like whatsapp and facebook messenger have a much larger customer base and this makes it difficult for people to dive into a new messaging service.

Telegram is easy to use chat application. The key thing is you can hide your phone number in Telegram which is the most powerful thing in the app. Secondly, you can find many relevant channels of interest in the app. Also, the subscriber-based group makes it more comfortable for me as a Group Admin.

There is no prohibition on bad content which might not be suitable for the user experience. Also, a verification by Telegram is needed while sending some kind of files, as they might contain viruses. Also, a 10 seconds timer while sending messages in the group is very bad.

I am very satisfied using Telegram for communicating with my team, business partners and even for personal messages. Highly recommended to those managing a growing number of teams and businesses.

My experience in general has been quite good, aside from the inconvenience with the support, I have no more complaints about the application.

After using the most popular messaging software, I decided to suggest that we give Telegram a try, it seemed like a more private and secure solution. End-to-end encryption gives communication a lot of security, especially when it comes to sensitive information and this is extremely valuable when you have a confidentiality agreement with your client. Another thing that I like about this program is that the shared files do not take up space on the device, they stay in the cloud. Groups can also be very helpful when looking for specific information, just put the topic you are looking for to find a suitable group. The rest of the features are similar to the other application, so Telegram has a clear advantage over it.

Perhaps what I like least about this software is the lack of official support, the only support is from the community and many times it can take days to answer any question or simply never answer. I had a problem when changing my phone number and there was already a telegram account associated with that number, when I asked for help to be able to register my account to my new number, I did not have an answer.

I use Telegram both on my PC and my Phone, It has everything I want for my professional communications with clients, and my casual chat with friends, to even joining channels that provide contents that I'm interested in.

One of the best things about Telegram is that it's multiplatform and you don't have to use it on your phone, also the ability to use multiple accounts and even add people you don't have their phone numbers to groups. However, of course the most important thing is privacy, and not just for your conversations but also for file sharing, search, and your own data. I can switch easily between my work account and my personal/social account; I can upload any type of files with almost any size fast and easy without any hiccups. The best app for video chat and video meetings, I can join groups and channels that provide the types of content I enjoy, from news to entertainment to all sorts of social groups and channels.

By my user experience, I have to Telegram is the best instant massaging software available now. It has quick file sharing system. I can also share large video file to any person or In a group. Chat option is highly secured ,plus we we can easily communicate with my family member from any place. Most interesting thing it provide huge cloud based storage, unlike line app it stored data for many days.

Best thing I notice, it has ad free environment, which give me chance to work comfortably with my team member. It provides great sharing option which is pretty fast, I can easily share large document files, images, videos to my team member . Our chat also have high quality encryption, which provide top class sequrity also. Interface is very easy to learn and use. We can communicate with international client easily because of availability of many countries.

I did not find many thing to complain about telegram. Through I did not understand other team member is online or offline, unlike Whatsapp have this feature available.

Telegram has helped a lot in my graphics business. I was able to join channels that allow me to find freelance graphic design jobs. I was able to deliver most of the paid works on Telegram because I could send documents in their actual, uncompressed sizes. And because Telegram's local and cloud backup feature was so efficient, most of my work, messages with clients and sent and/or received files were always saved across all devices.

The main thing about Telegram, of course, is too many features! For messaging software, Telegram offers more and does more. I can delete messages at any point in time for both me and the person I'm messaging. I can customize my interface with my preferred colour schemes (I am a huge fan of customization). I can search for channels that offer services on anything ranging from Movies, games, news about new trends and the latest graphic designs. And that is just the tip of the iceberg!

The irony is, that what I like most about Telegram is also what I like least. It has so many features that I forget it's primarily a messaging app. Also, the UI customization is quite complicated and hard to grasp, it took me quite some time to work my way around it. The PC app also does not have the feature to automatically resume downloads when they are cancelled for some reason. And the most common grouse almost every Telegram user has. It is not visually appealing.

Except for the little cons I mentioned I've been using the application since 2017 and I acknowledge that it's very useful for my different tasks I am assigned to on the application.

And since some months ago we have witnessed an increasing number of new users from around the globe when another application know as WhatsApp made some decisions which did not suits its users. It's means that you get the much out of it when using the software. Many updates are still popping up, which makes users experience much more greater. It presents a useful and very simple texting system.

Like all Software products, Telegram has its eccentricities. It could be more interesting with some part of it withdrawn. The first point I would like to mention is about "the message deletion system on both side by one person" which is given to the two communicators. Sometimes, you might want to come back and use that message as a reminder or something to the person and telling him that once he/she had told you such a thing but you come back and see that the message has been deleted by the person for both of you. It should be by one side. The second point is about the "people nearby" system. Once activated unknown people would start texting you in disorder just because they can see you around. I Would suggest it may be withdrawn. The last part is a suggestion for you to create a way for users to make status that can be seen by any person with whom they have ever chatted even if they do not have his contact.
