Pros/Cons
Pros
- What I like most about this software is how easy and user friendly it is. ArcSite has greatly helped my confidence learning more structural work.
- Overall, the company has been nothing but helpful and the experience has been positive. We love the value it adds by having it installed on our iPads.
- The customer support team is fantastic, and was eager to know about my experience with the tool and what they could do to improve.
Cons
- However, paying this much, every month, to simply draw a floor plan is ridiculous.
- The only "complaint" I have is the inability to create a custom line type beyond the established solid and dashed lines.
- Also, occasional crash issue when using custom symbols created in the app.
Pros
- Workday/loads are easier to manage and it seems like I have a 10/10 vision on my operation/Staff/Customers service. It's a great tool but also acts like a coach for me.
- The system is robust and is able to meet you where you are at - if your current system is advanced - this is a good product for you.
- I love that team at Co-Construct is constantly listening and working to improve the software to better fit my team, my trade partners and my homeowners requests. I love the integration with QB.
Cons
- This service is no longer worth it. The app never works, it upsets alot of customers because they can't pay their invoice and have login problems.
- Terrible Construction Management System and Service.
- Those are highly unacceptable answers for 200.33 a month.
