  • Pros

  • The best features are being able to remotely provide access to workers or servicemen I have coming to any of my buildings. I also like that I am able to see what's going on in real time.
  • I like how the software is straight forward and easy to use. It doesn't over complicate the process.
  • Cons

  • We tried tech support but they had no idea what we meant.
  • Don't like how Brivo does not do any direct sales and that we have to use a middleman. Also, the app is unreliable at times and often crashes for Android devices.

  • I love how easy it was to set up, it really didn't require any brainpower at all. All you do is swipe to buzz/let yourself in.
  • Kisi has some great documentation online to help install anytime of lock or accessory that you have. Their support service is great too, the team is very helpful and respond quickly if you need them.
  • Cons

  • Technical support - We found difficult to troubleshoot problems remotely.
  • Sometimes it’s the reader, other times it’s the controller. There is no alert that informs me of the crash other than upset clients.
