The best features are being able to remotely provide access to workers or servicemen I have coming to any of my buildings. I also like that I am able to see what's going on in real time.

I like how the software is straight forward and easy to use. It doesn't over complicate the process.

They have outstanding customer service and a terrific community to help us get started with the product.
