Pros/Cons
Pros
- Great analytics tool and amazing way to gain insight from normal cctv or camera data. Generally easy to use and well documented.
- The Features are the best part of the software. Dashboard for analytics is very good.
- Well it is good, we greatly appreciate the response when asking for support.
Cons
- Well, the client, a major advertising company in the region, waited for me for a few months. I think I lost the client.
- I did not find anything that I see as something bad.
- No security, No Web only Client, No remote access.
Pros
- The ability to share live links is very helpful. The Time on Site report is a great tool to share with shippers and consignees.
- We have been very happy with Customer service. The Cameras are very clear with good night vision as well.
- People will say the same about others but we've tried others and Samsara has been the best with the equipment, customer service help, product has been working great for the past 7 years.
Cons
- Not having a fleet program is putting my company drivers at risk. This advertising was fraud.
- There ELS picks up violations in elog and no one able to remove the violation.
- Absolute worst customer service I think I've ever dealt with in my professional 10 year career. You can not get a hold of them by phone.
