Kisi has some great documentation online to help install anytime of lock or accessory that you have. Their support service is great too, the team is very helpful and respond quickly if you need them.

I love the web based can control from anywhere via internet functionality. I love how I can give people temporary access via an email link as well as how easy it is to manage on the web app.

Kisi is the best way in the business to control access for multiple locations from one easy administrative portal. The app is easy to use and the hardware complements it perfectly.

Technical support - We found difficult to troubleshoot problems remotely.

I love everything about this product. It's super intuitive and extremely easy to teach customer's how to use.

It does what we need it to and is pretty seamless to use.

The only problem we had with Kisi is when the internet would go down. I think it automatically locks the doors at that point.

Kisi has created a sleek, pseudo-sexy model that is beautifully enigmatic in our entryway. We especially love the RFID capabilities and that our phones can be our access keys.

It was pretty easy and the Kisi app and their excellent documentation walks you through the entire process. Once it's setup, the mobile app makes it really easy to get access into your space.

I love that Swiftlane has facial recognition and allows me to scan my face to enter my building. Top notch security system.

The account establishment process took quite a bit to set up. It seemed a bit painful in the very beginning.

Employees are amazed with the facial recognition for accessing the offices, and Swiftlane is perfect for granting access to vendors.

I don’t get notifications if the system is down so sometimes I assume it’s working when it might not be which is inconvenient.

I hate when it logs  outs and cannot remember my password.

I think this is a great security and visitor management system. I enter my building securely and I also am notified of visitors that enter my gate code.

Love that you can physically see who is delivering packages when they buzz you. It all comes right to your phone for ease.

I love not needing my keys to enter my complex. Software is very efficient and very little issues.

The fact they there is video intercom and the ability to unlock doors remotely has been instrumental, especially during the pandemic. Having a log of everyone that accesses the offices is key.

The main phone that guests would use to requets entry is always broken prompting them to call my cell to get access instead.

Overall it id better than before this came in place.
