Critical infrastructure

A strong partnership over several years, and the backlog of use-cases waiting to be developed is longer than it's ever been! Our users come to us asking for further developments, and that is a testament to the quality of the product and our overall satisfaction with both Noggin the product and Noggin the organisation. Thank you.

PROS

Front-end configurability, highly configurable, modular

CONS

Still not quite the finished product yet. Certain (relatively) mundane limitations are frustrating, as the product is so wonderfully flexible... up to the point where it isn't, after which there is not much room for negotiation/flexibility.

Disaster Management Software

My state is just barley scratching the surface of its capabilities after years of using the software. I am amazed at all the functions and customizable features for roles, documenting, compliance, and deployment.

PROS

I really loved the ease for each user with different roles and permissions to all use the same software and log in. Each user can be granted just viewing or additional permissions as needed and there is no need to go a different link to login. You just change your role for whichever role you are currently working by clicking on your profile icon and change user role. I would say to docuentation process is so seemless by being able to add files, pictures, text, links, and so much more!

CONS

I'm not so sure that this is a fualt with the software as much as our users but when attaching images to notes the software can lag or freeze. Like I said could just be that we have not fully incorporated correctly. I just no that when time is short during disasters a lagging software can be stressful.
