Pros/Cons
Pros
- We love BSport, the flexibility of the software, the ability to schedule different classes, run a membership & drop in sessions side by side. The customer service is brilliant.
- BSport are doing an excellent job at exceeding all that they promise. The customer service is fantastic, Marcello is fountain of knowledge, thoughtful and insightful.
- The fact that it is a very manageable software, which is constantly renewing and improving, with multi-platform access and great support services, makes me a happy client.
Cons
- I lost clients this way as they were so upset about the booking system.
- Some customers have had trouble booking - although most seem to manage ok. No waiting list for workshops and events.
- Automatic class emails: If not using the integration with zoom, the zoom link has to be emailed to class participants, which is considered a 'promotional email', so some users may miss this.
Pros
- Chronogolf has been such an amazing experience. We have an App curated from them and it has been working fantastic.
- Reporting and statistical information is wonderful and easy to access. Has wonderful features for promotions that work great especially if you have punch cards or multiple round deals.
- Lightspeed Restaurant - a good way to manage a restaurant / bar in an efficient and effective manner. Promo Codes - are a great way to track and manage promotions and discounts for customers.
Cons
- Paying multiple players at the same time sluggish. That online booking is either all or nothing for the client to pay online.
- Only con would be the fear of our internet being down and if that is the case not being able to run the proshop in the meantime. That is a risk to take for a great cloud based software.
- Not being able to edit once booked, no scorecards, cannot add a guest and sometimes the app was overloaded and ran slow.
