The digital signature function is also a positive when issuing new business. Cons: The system is very slow. When quoting coverage and making any changes to coverage options the system must completely refresh, this is very unproductive as just revising a quote can take well over an hour and this process should be a matter of a few minutes. This system cannot differentiate between a primary driver and an occasional driver, result is higher premiums to the consumer. Inconsistency when quoting, pricing changes nearly every time you review a quote. When quoting, this system doubled the time it takes to do a simple quote. This system is not efficient for the front end user. They need an agents forum, this system misses the mark completely and hinders productivity.
