BUT, I asked for assistance and received it 10-fold. The support I received from the Term team was unmatched. They were SO incredibly helpful, kind, patient, skilled, prompt and easy to work with. I was having some difficulties with a couple of things on Termageddon, and I reached out. They reached back out multiple times to me but because of my circumstances (myself being ill and illness in my family) I did not reach back out. For some reason, I decided to take out some frustrations on them. Quite frankly I was a jerk. They remained professional throughout, hung in there with me, and delivered 5 star service with 5 star care. This is an amazing company and I cannot recommend them any higher. As a novice with all things website, they were very easy to use and the value for the money...let's just say the ROI is exponential. #### Cons I liked everything. This is great company. Not only did [sensitive content hidden] respond immediately but he also provided a video verifying that the site was compliant. He checked application cookies live on the site and looked at the source code for any 3rd party cookies as a safety measure. I was NOT expecting such a response. The fact that he took the time to actually provide the video and look at the site was impressive. I was expecting a written response only. I've been with Termageddon for years and they ALWAYS impress me with their timely responses and true concern for their clients. Knowing that it will always be updated to follow along with the new laws is incredible. No incentive was offered When I first heard of Termageddon, it dawned on me how useful and necessary having an easy, quick solution to Privacy Policies always updated by a privacy lawyer would be. Given it's basically law to have a privacy policy, and having terms and conditions and disclaimers just makes sense, this has moved from a nice-to-have to must-have feature on all my sites. Having a set-it-and-forget-it option to something I really know little about it is great - and saves me time hunting down templates, etc. and not knowing if they are really what I need.
