  • Pros

  • In the past it has been easy to use and when it erroneously listed my contribution as monthly, quickly corrected it and refunded the contributions that I had not intended to use.
  • I thought it was a good way to make a donation for Bernie Sanders.
  • Cons

  • Because he was not clearly I was checking our credit card charges routinely and noticed repeated charges by ACTBLUE in ever increasing amounts.
  • They have absolutely the worst record I've ever encountered in correcting charging errors.

  • Ease of use and the ability to quickly move from contact to contact.
  • Easy management of contacts and leads based on a broad range of variables, and efficiently keep in contact with them and filter down to the real sales opportunities.
  • Cons

  • Limitations on sort options are a pain to work around, but workable.
  • I accidentally deleted a long list of contacts. Unfortunately, there was no warning pop up.
