We do not have an IT person, and with NB we really haven't needed one, as it's easy to fix any problems that come up.

When this was raised with customer service / tech support, the person, named 'Sebastian' did not resolve the issue, ignored our queries and would focus on writing rude emails regarding something else.

Great tool but slightly too expensive for us to use.

System is in serious need of a user experience upgrade - badly. It was extremely frustrating to figure out and some of the services required code-knowledge.

Membership tool is poorly designed and makes managing paid membership difficult as a fundraising option within this tool without manual input.

Really it's hard to think of anything that doesn't work for us other than the pricing will be high for us as we grow.

Essentially it's up to the user if you have a bad experience or not. Bad data makes for bad experience.

CRM has a good clean up tool that helps you merge fragmented prospect information into one complete profile if it was not done automatically already by this tool.

The cons is the limited templates for petitions.

You not only have a dedicated client success manager, but the chat feature connects you to other helpful staff that can assist you in real time.

I love that it is so easy to use. The buildout for a campaign is smooth and user friendly.
