I've used AV on many occasions for our SIG and CoC elections. The first time I did one, it was, admittedly, a touch confusing, but their support team was able to handhold me through the whole process and even copied over a previous election for me so I wouldn't have to reinvent the wheel. It's very easy to navigate and the setup process is seamless compared to other options we've tested. #### Cons Not a fan of how the unsubscribes work, but I do understand that it's industry standard to remove the email address from your platform and not just that one election. For the benefits that AV offers, the cost of a subscription is well worth it. You are able to conduct elections for elected positions, bylaws amendments, etc. Elections are secure. Following up with non-voters is easy.
